Parcel not delivered

Hello,

I have sent a parcel D*** via PAXI on 23-Apr-2026. The parcel has not been delivered, even now. When we call the customer center, we are being told that it has been delayed due to long weekends. We have been getting the same response even today, and even the people who are answering the calls are sometimes rude. And we are told there are no other escalation channels, other than calling the same number and getting the same response. Please help?
