Parcel Not Delivered and No Answers

Dear PAXI Support Team,

I am extremely frustrated that my parcel, with tracking number D*** has still not been delivered despite the ETA of 13 December 2024 passing. I’ve called your customer service multiple times, but every representative I’ve spoken to has been unable to provide any useful information or resolve this issue.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expect a clear explanation for the delay and a firm delivery date. I require this parcel urgently, and the lack of communication and accountability is infuriating.

Please provide an immediate update and ensure my parcel is delivered without further delay.
