Parcel not delivered after 3 weeks

Tjoooo ai shem Paxi must close down or maybe change a certain section employee's. I sent my parcel to my mom on the 11th April for the 7 to 9 days , sms was sent that it was received, 15th collected but till today the 30th April it's still says "parcel with courier.". I called the call centre the lady I spoke to said she will escalate n I will be contacted a week later no feedback. Sent whatsapp messages they ended up closing the call cause they have high call volume no one to attend to me. We paid for a service that is not rendered worse no one seems to care. Cha shame honestly this needs to be looked into cause no it's not right.
