Parcel not delivered

This paxi thing is nonsense. My parcel was sent on the 7th December 2022 till today I have not received my parcel. I’ve been tracking my parcels and to my surprise it’s moving from one province to another . Am soo disappointed and I would never recommend anyone to use it.
