Parcel not delivered

I am currently having g a bad service or rThwe poor service with paxi I was suppose to receive my parcel on the 02/04/2024 but it dis not arrive I went to the pep it was suppose to arrive T Fochville Pepecell p4889 but it did not as I went to the store to ask about my parcel. I have been contacting and texting paxi on whatsapp but I'm not receiving anything positive feedback regarding my parcel, the person who sent the parcel texted them and they said the parcel is with the courier guy but they are not sending it back to her and they are not communicating with us about the progress all I need I need is my refund right now I spend so much on that parcel D***.
