Parcel not delivered

I think it's time we meet up and go to paxi head offices, we pay them to deliver our parcel but thry have not delivered, I'm seeing a lot of reviews that are complaining about no deliveries of parcel and the worst part customer service it's not helpful. I'm very frustrated send a parcel for my daughter who is at school and waiting for her clothes to wear tomorrow 05 sep 2024, I sent this parcel on 23 August 2024 fast delivery and she's still waiting. This is money we paid for this deliveries and money from what inside those parcels.
