PARCEL NEVER GOT DELIVERED

Dear PAXI, I don’t usually raise complaints, but I feel I have no other choice at this point. I paid for a 3–5 day delivery service from Pep Sandridge to Pep Overport City. However, my parcel never arrived as indicated in the SMS. It was meant to be delivered on 10 November. Despite numerous calls and emails, I received no assistance. Last week, I was informed by the Sandridge store that my parcel had never even left the Boksburg depot. I was then assured it would reach Durban on Wednesday (yesterday), but after following up today, I was told again that it still has not left Boksburg — now 17 days later. No one has provided any feedback or updates throughout this entire process. I have now had the parcel rerouted back, but it will only return to Midrand on the 27th. I am hoping that a senior manager can urgently assist in resolving this matter.
