Parcel missing in PAXI

On the 07 March 2021 I was at PEP Harrismith Southey Street sending parcel to P0657. Now I decided to check the status of my parcel because PAXI is quite and it says missing. How does a parcel gets missing and in the status it shows that it didn’t even move from Harrismith PEP. The lady who was at the till the morning of the 07 March 2021 must tell me what she did with my parcel. Paxi I want my parcel NOW THIS IS UNCALLED FOR.
