Parcel missing

on the 2nd of December 2022 I went to pep store to send my parcel paxi to pep mahwelereng which I recieved a message on the 20th December..my sister went thre to collect my parcel only to find out that my daughter Adidas sneakers are not inside the parcel ..I went to pep store to enquire they told me I have to pay 2500 to view the footage .and my sister told me that one parcel she found being opened underneath the plastic parcel was even replaced by the other one is no longer be the one that I put my parcel inside,My biggest concern I remain with no solution Pep said is not their problem
