PARCEL LOST BY PAXI AND PEP STORES

My parcel was delivered to Pep JHB Meadowdale Mall on 13 March 2020 (D***). The parcel was supposed to arrive at Pep JHB Randridge Mall in Randpark Ridge.

The following appeared online: Date Event 2020/03/16 16:56:09 PARCEL COLLECTED BY COURIER FROM P6206 PEP JHB MEADOWDALE MALL 2020/03/13 16:38:18 PARCEL DROPPED OFF AT P6206 PEP JHB MEADOWDALE MALL

On Friday 20 March I phoned *** to find out why there was no movement on the tracking systems.

Pep JHB Meadowdale said the parcel is not there. And the courier says they didn't receive the parcel. Poor poor service.

The lady at Paxi *** some of the Pep Stores scan the parcels out before the courier even arrives. So easy for Pep Stores employees to ***** parcel or for courier to ***** parcel.

NEVER NEVER SEND A PARCEL WITH PAXI. THEY AND PEP STORES ARE UNRELIABLE
