Parcel did not reach its destination

I sent a parcel from Norkem Norkem Park to IXopo, KZN on the 3rd of May 2022, estimated time of delivery 10 May 2022 (D***) It shows that the courier driver collected it from PEP Norkem Park on the 4th of May 2020 and there is no record after that.

I am very disappointed that their chat platform, call centre etc offers nothing i.e you have called out of office hours, we are closing this request etc... Even where I sent the parcel they cant assist further etc. I went to RAM twice after phoning and emailing and info was just nit forthcoming. These products are worthy about R7600. The service is just very very poor.
