Parcel delayed or lost with no clear communication

My parcel was supposed to have been delivered by the 30th of October but up until now am not getting a clear information as to how far it is. They keep saying its in transit and cannot give me a turn around time.... When i track my parcel the status says its delayed. Such an inconvenience and poor service am getting from paxi because this is an emergency
