Parcel delayed for a month

I sent a high priority parcel with PAXI and it took an entire month to reach the destination. First the parcel got lost, then they found it. When it got found they sent the parcel to the wrong hub, after telephonically I specifically named the destination. For Three weeks I fought, called and pleaded to send the parcel to Welkom Bok street, where they then a month later sent it to Klerksdorp. I then called and a month and one day later the parcel reached the destination. I was so frustrated!
