Parcel complaint

I have sent a parcel on the 22/ May/ 2023 was supposed to be delivered with 7 days . Even today is not yet send. I have called them on Saturday they said will be deli today, I called them today they said they delivered on the 31 and the parcel was opened and they returned it and they didn’t let me know.
