PARCEL ****** AT RICHARDS BAY HUB

I am so disappointed with PAXI and how they are protecting their *****ing staff at their Richards Bay Hub. My Parcel never left the Hub and suddenly I am being told it is lost. Instead of doing a thorough investigation in trying to locate the parcel and finding out what happened to it, they are protecting the ******* that work for them and going for an easy solution of issuing a refund. That was such a sentimental gift that was ****** and no amount of money can ever replace it. I need whoever that lost that parcel had accountable and serious actions taken. Otherwise I will know your company condones theft!
