Parcel

I really don’t understand if asking for manager or assistance is a crime to PAXI call centre. I phoned to inquire about the parcel that was supposed to be estimated delivered 2024 Nov 11 at Pep Thabazimbi and no one can tell me whereabouts is.

I phoned numerous times spoke to nice Mastyrah, rude Sisanda , unprofessional rude Anganath. And that’s when I knew something was wrong.

I have not received my parcel when I go to the pickup point store. I am told that there’s nothing they can do.

Still today, I am waiting
