PAID FOR QUICK DELIVERY BUT ITEMS ONLY ARRIVED WAY AFTER ANTICIPATED TIME. I WAS NOT EVEN REFUNDED MY R40

I recently sent my sister an item via Paxi from Ballito to Richards Bay. I paid R 100 for it to be delivered within 3-5 days and it wasn’t, it was only delivered after 7 days and 2 store visits by my sister since she thought maybe they had forgotten to notify her when the parcel was dropped off. Unfortunately, although some staff members tried to assist us, we were not refunded the R40 that we had paid extra for a quicker delivery. However, I would like to thank Ongeziwe from Paxi who made means to update me as to where my parcel was (it was still in the Ballito store way after 3 days) and also thank Noks, Shoe City store manager in Richards Bay who attended to my case by calling Paxi and allowing me to communicate with them
