Package opened before I can send it

I have decided to not use Paxi anymore, after I was forced by cashier at Pep Home Douglas to open my package before I can send it.

As a business I take pride in how my products are presented, so I make sure to pack it well to avoid damage and to also make it look professional. After the cashier basically ripped my package apart, she just closed it up with tape. I was disgusted at how my package looked.

I have used paxi many times before, this was the first time I was instructed to open my package, and this was in a store full of people, embarrassing me in front of everyone and breaching my right to privacy by disclosing the content of my packanging to the entire store.

I know what items are prohibited, and have never sent anything *******. No where in the T&C's does it say paxi have the right to open packages.

I hope you will investigate this matter, but I will not be using paxi again, you have lost a valuable customer, I send many packages and my business is growing by the day. I will rather pay more and use another company.
