Package not delivered

This company does not even deserve 1 star. They deserve ZERO !!!!! I have been waiting for my package since 09 December. I have been calling PAXI nun stop. No one knows where my package is, they have been saying its with the courier company. I asked for the courier companies name and apparently they cant tell me. . I have lost my package and no one seems to care or tell me straight up. Instead I am being told the same nonsense of the package being with courier and funny thing is, apparently this courier company hasnt responded to their emails. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!
