Package not delivered, 3 months later, and no accountability

I sent a package on the 24th of December 2020 and to date it has not been delivered. I've called, emailed, sent inboxes with no response. The worst part is that the items in the package are irreplaceable and the least Paxi and Pep can do is tell me what happened to my package and perhaps refund me for my delivery fees and contents of the package. But I've been Blueticked for close to 3 months now.
