Over 20 days I'm still unable to collect my paxi parcel!!

I had the worst experience with Pep, Pep home and Pep cell Dobsonville mall. I had a Pep Paxi delivered to pep. The Pep store is under renovation and as a result I couldn't get my parcel. I've went to all the other open Pep stored. Saff members were so rude! No willingness to help and no information or precedure was given to me to be able to collect my Parcel.

Frustrated as I was, I've made multiple calls to head office and was told to knock at the closed branch that is being renovated. I've never felt so insignificant as they ignored me all the time and kept on which socialing inside.

I'm so disappointed as the pacerl is now There for over 20 days.

Head office calls the store but nobody wants to pick the phone yet I can see that they are ignoring all contact from customers.

I am upset. I don't know if the money I keep spending to go try collect my parcel will be reimbursed. I'm most disappointed and heart broken now. Nobody is able to help!
