Opened parcel

Good day, I am extremely dissatisfied and upset about the condition in which I received my PAXI parcel, tracking number D5120***91776. The parcel was clearly opened and tampered with, and items were missing at the time of collection. This is completely unacceptable and reflects serious negligence in the handling of my shipment. I collected the parcel in the exact condition it was handed to me and did not interfere with it in any way. This matter constitutes a breach of trust and service, as PAXI is responsible for ensuring parcels are delivered securely and intact. I have photographic evidence showing the opened parcel and missing contents, which I am prepared to submit immediately. I am formally demanding: A full investigation into how this parcel was compromised, and Immediate resolution, either through the recovery of the missing items or appropriate compensation. Please note that failure to resolve this matter promptly will leave me with no option but to escalate the issue further, including lodging complaints with consumer protection bodies and sharing my experience publicly. I expect a reference number for this complaint and a clear response outlining the steps being taken within 48 hours. I trust that PAXI will take responsibility and address this matter without further delay.
