On the 14th November 2025 I made a purchase online for sneakers so it wasn't the first time doing a purchase with them they delivered my parcels via paxi at pep cell at Armadale Johannesburg. So now when I made a purchase delivery amount is also included so time went by the was no paxi code I received so I contacted them about this matter they said I will get my code soon after few hours they sent me a video of a lady that works there at Armadale Pep the lady was telling me I will receive my code soon they have network issues. Time went by I kept asking them they always says it will be despatched soon till today they blocked me every where so I would like you to assist me to find this lady that is working at Armadale because she is working with this sneaker shop they are working together thy ****med me. I also called Paxi team about this matter nothing has been done I've been sending emails none of them have rep****
