On the 04/07/2021, I send a parcel with Paxi via Pep Elloff Street in Johannesburg. I have been in contact with Paxi almost every week since. No one seems to know where my parcel. I am always told it is at the Johannesburg hub. How can a parcel stay at the hub for two weeks. The parcel was sent five day before the unrests, not counting the weekend. So, are you telling telling me the whole week that parcel was still in joburg? The same weekend I send my parcel, I send a parcel to Durban which arrived the same week friday which is thousands kilometers away but the one that goes just two hours to Brits, is no where to be found. The excuse that I get is of the unrests which started a week after. Can they please return my parcel to me, I will personally take it home because their service at this point is revolting
