Nonsense

I went to the Pep store in Garankuwa Centre (P0639) to collect my parcel that was sent via Paxi and when I arrived at the store I found my parcel on the counter and the Paxi bag on top of it, the cashier claimed that it came open and showed me a slip that they wrote my contact numbers saying they were going to call me and tell me that my parcel wasn't in the plastic but no one called me because now all of a sudden their phone has a problem and that person was supposed to call using their own phone, so now I'm wondering whose problem should that be. I'm very disappointed
