No standard plastics available at Thabong Mall Debokeng

I am so furious that I had to go all around Thabong Mall to be told there's no plastic available for standard delivery for R59., i even went to Tekkie Town.....they did not even bother to check if the Plaza Mall nearby has those standard plastics...The Pep Clothing had plastics but I was told network is down...i even wonder if thats a true story.
