I dont know where to turn to about this pathetic service....

About 10 phonecalls later ...10 escalations later... No phonecalls back...No answers given...No Communication Whatsoever

I'm not allowed to talk to someone higher....and they can see its somewhere at a warehouse but cannot give the detail out, according to todays phonecall. No one can tell me where the parcel is,ir when it will he at the branch.

We are in April... On day 1 i saw i used P8675 instead of P8765 and rerouted it.

I dont know where to turn to, there is no help,no service. Nothing shows up on their online service,only that it should have been at the branch long ago. Thats really not on.

Kindly email me back , ***, with the way forward as i am in a predicament. To the receiver i look like the villan!
