No delivery

Running a small business, I use Paxi for courier services. Usually, there is a bit of a long wait for customers to receive their package, however, on this occasion, my customer has been waiting for nearly a month. Calling their customer services dep, no one is able to give me proper answers. Just that the courier has my package but there is no other update. As a small business owner, this reflects badly on me as I'm not able to provide my customers with any answers. I now have to send out another package, ultimately taking a loss, because of Paxi! I've lost faith is using this service.
