No delivery

Parcel sent to me via Port Elizabeth to East london. I paid R99 for 3-4 days delivery. Sending date was 15 June, it is now 7 July. Still no parcel. Mind you if it ever arrives I cannot collect because they haven't got a pin code to give me for collection so I cannot collect. Guess I can kiss my R500 for the goods and the R99 for delivery goodbye. Utterly useless and I'm starting to think they may as well close their doors.
