No Communcation

I send a parcel and the receiver did not collect it. Instead of the parcel being returned to me the sender, it did not arrive. I checked on track and trace and it showed that the parcel will be delivered on the 17th of June. When the date past without any communication, I contacted the contact centre via Whatsapp and was informed that the parcel has been destroyed due to none collection. There was no communication whatsoever regarding the return of the parcel. This was the most terrible service I had received from PAXI.
