I called the call center on the 2nd of August at 14:19. Duration of the call 00:03:10. The agent I spoke t is Asakhe. She didn't even bother to hear me out. Was quick to tell me it can't be done. Without even hearing me out. Not even an effort from her end. As per my previous review on PAXI. I have previously had the same experience and without contacting the sender I was assisted
