Never use this service again

On 21st February i went to Pep Glenwood for posting a parcel to Phumulani Mall in Tembisa, estimated to arrive on 28 February but until now not arrived, i did try 3 times in different days to get help on whatsapp and Facebook, they told me it was damaged but when i ask for claim process they disappear and close Chat.
