NEVER use Pep Paxi

Pep paxi is the worst courier. Extremely bad customer service with zero concern. I sent a package on the 23rd of December 2024 and to this day (18 January 2025) it has STILL not been delivered. That is 26 days. Not once have they reached out to me to let me know what the problem is. I contacted them and all they say is that it is at the warehouse and will let me know when it’s delivered. What is taking so long ??? If they lost my parcel they could have at least let me know. I sent an expensive camera in there and I have no idea where it is or who can help me. Now I’ve lost a sale as well as a lot of money.
