Never use PAXI EVEEER!!!! THEY ***** PEOPLE'S PARCELS

If you want the drivers to **** you and say your parcel is lost use PAXI. I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for over a month now it was supposed to be delivered on the 19th of November still nothing and no one seems to know where the parcel is. No sense of urgency from your customer support, they keep following a script when responding to WhatsApp messages. Really not happy with the service not even sure I will ever receive my parcel. Service from their call center is appalling worse than communicating with a robot. Their staff members seem confused or *********** not a company worth trusting with your valuables. I have exhausted all my airtime, and efforts trying to track my parcel, but clearly PAXI has other plans of their own with my parcel 😢.
