Never use PAXI

On the 26th of November I had a parcel with D*** as my tracking number sent out to me from Boksburg and was supposed to arrive in Mbombela, KaNyamazane on the 3rd of December. I tried tracking it and it kept on saying its with couriers. I would call PAXI and they would refuse to be transparent with me on where my parcel is or which courier company it is with. They eventually told me that the courier is skooch but when I looked it up online it didn’t have any contact details for me to try and locate my parcel. PAXI gave me an update saying that the parcel is in Groblesdarl and I tried to ask them to arrange for me to pick it up, mind you that was now in January of this year 2026. The said I can’t do that and I should wait or rather claim which I still haven’t been assisted with when I try to communicate with the sender. They are *********** as they don’t have systems in place to track their couriers. You can’t communicate with emails only and tell me you’re going to wait for a response from the courier. I really believe they stole my parcel because if it was in Groblersdal why did they refuse for me to go pick it up myself because they couldn’t get it to me.
