NEVER USE PAXI!

I always used to be impressed by how quick the PAXI service is until recently. I dropped off a package on the 04 of August and it still has not reached its destination. What makes matters worse is that the last tracking activity is the 08th of August! Your call centre agents cannot even tell me when it will be delivered! Thanks for nothing!
