Never send your parcel with Paxi couriers they will ***** it and claim is lost.

I sent my parcel with Paxi from Pep Canal walk on the 26 April 2021. I paid R100 so that the parcel takes 3 to 5 working days to arrive. After 7th day i called they said the parcel is missing. They told me to send my banking details and id copy which i did. Untill today the 10 May 2021 i have not been refunded. I don't recommend anyone to send their parcel with Paxi it will be ******. I personally and everyone i know will never ever send parcels with this useless company. Now i must pay for the parcel i was sending.
