Never ever will use Pep Paxi again

Parcel could not be traced. I paid exgra for fast delivery. Rude and unhelpfull. Parcel ltest date for delivery was 3 Decemeber from Alberton to Ermelo. Not helping us. Cant tell us where it is. Blaming the courier. The the people at pep is un-helpfull telling us to sort it out. Escalated to Paxi 3 times no help no answer. Never ever use them. I still dont know where is the parcel a d dont know who will refund the content of the parcel.
