Never ever use Pep paxi!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Our package just "disappeared". I have a picture with the tracking number on the package. If we put in the tracinkg number it just shows that the package doesn't exist. After phoning numerous times they just state that there is no proof of such a package. I mean how in the world do I have a slip, a tracking number, everything?? Useless!! Unacceptable!! And they just throw their hand in the air.
