Never ever ever use Paxi

Do not use paxi. I reached out to paxi once again to try and track down my missing parcel. After getting the same response over and over and 10 case numbers further I have no answers to where my property is. I asked the consultant to declare the package as lost or ****** and was told they can't do it because the system shows the package is with the courier! How does that work.
