My parcel is lost

My cousin sent me a parcel on the 24th of April 2022. I waited and waited until I called them to check what's happening and the consulted told Me that they received an email from courier that the parcel was opened and had to tell them was inside so they can look on lost items. I did that and few days later had to call me to check again and they told me that they found the item and it will be delivered same day or the following day. 2 days later the parcel is not delivered. 3rd day I called them which is today the 26th May and the consulted told me to hold and check with courier and she told me that the item is lost...LIKE SERIOUSLY 😳. IM SO ****ED BECAUSE IM THE ONE RUNNING AFTER THEM. IF I DIDNT CALL WOULD HAVE WAITED THINKING THAT MY PARCEL IS COMING. You don't treat your customers well and the lady told me they don't call customer, I mean even if when my parcel is LOST guys. Come on.! I'm not happy!
