My parcel contained a cellphone inside a shoulder bag
My parcel contained a cellphone inside a shoulder bag. However, when the parcel was received, the shoulder bag was delivered without the cellphone inside it. The cellphone has therefore disappeared while the parcel was in PAXI's possession. I acknowledge that I have since become aware that PAXI prohibits the sending of cellphones. However, I was not aware of this prohibition at the time I sent the parcel. This does not explain what happened to the cellphone after the parcel was accepted and handled within the PAXI system. What concerns me particularly is that, according to PAXI's rules regarding prohibited items, such an item is supposed to be handed over to the relevant authorities rather than simply disappearing from the parcel. If the cellphone was identified as a prohibited item, I therefore require PAXI to explain exactly what happened to it and, if it was confiscated, where and when it was handed over and to which authority.
