My missing parcel

I’ve still haven’t heard anything about my parcel and they keep on responding on my email I sent “your ticket has been closed” whereas they did not provide me with a solution or what happened to my parcel, you guys are really ****ing me up!!! I’ve had back and forth on WhatsApp without a feedback or what’s happening but you stupid ass people stole my ****ing parcel! 😡
