My experience with PAXiI

Paxi is not reliable at all. On the 08 Novermber a parcel was sent to me. I was supposed to recieve it on the 15 November. I kept on tracking it but no action was on the parcel except the transactions made on the day the parcel was received at PEP. When the date for receipt arrived I started to panic because the were still no activities on my parcel, I then called PAXI they tossed me back and forth till ten days after the date I was supposed to recieve the parcel, then they informed me that my parcel is lost just like that. With no apology or explanation.the contents of my parcel where worth 2500. Now they tell me I can only claim 500 from them. They are the worst courier company to ever exist
