Mother in tears

As I'm writing this I'm in tears. Sent a bag full of winter clothes to my pre school son through Paxi that was supposed to be delivered on the 9 of June only to be told it has been escalated. And reading through the comments it has been an ongoing thing and Paxi does nothing regarding this matter. Now my son won't be able to go to school as he does not have winter clothes.
