MOST LIKELY LOST/****** PACKAGE

I dropped off a small package on 25 FEB at Bloemfontein to be sent to Pretoria via PEP's PAXI courier service. I paid extra to have the parcel delivered within 5-7 business days. It is now 19 MARCH and I have made 3 different calls to PAXI to each time have the matter escalated over the past week and somehow they can't reach reach the couriers. They won't tell me if the package is lost and the tracking simply shows the package was picked up on 25. AWFUL SERVICE!!! THE COURIERS PROBABLY LOST/STOLE THE PACKAGE AND PAXI HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON!!! STAY AWAY
