Parcel was sent on the 30th of October 2025, it is the 29th of November and still the parcel is not delivered. Have sent them numerous emails and no response from them. These services must be closed down if they cannot be managed and trusted. People must be cautious as the company also protects lack of service. The companies need to be reported to ICASA and the National consumer services for not following their policies and promises made to the public. The parcel their staff stole: D***
