Missing parcel/****** parcel

Hello Peter around January the ,10th l sent a parcel to pep Bedworth Vereeniging.it arrived on the 17th of January. Unfortunately my client wasn't able to pick up her parcel due to private reasons l won't mention here. On the 20th of Feb l asked paxi to reverse the parcel back to me ! They agreed . 3wks later l enquired again and got told the parcel is missing they will investigate! Since then it's stories no one knows wher the parcel is and no one is telling me what is the way forward! I want them to pay for the missing parcel because it looks like one of their employee stole it l have all the chats with the different urgents to back I'm my claim! Paxi pay back my parcel Now!
