Missing Parcel & NO COMMUNICATION

I actually rate them less than zero, I sent my parcel on the 05th December, and it was suppose to arrive at the destination on 12th December. Days passed without them communicating with me until one day I called and they told me my parcel was marked as lost by a store, I then went to the store and they put me on call (was put on HOLD for a good 35 minutes) only for them to tell me my parcel was 'hijacked', and they will process a Claim that was on the 18th afternoon. I still have not received any communication. Should I hsbr not called them they wouldn't have said anything till this day. I don't know what they all doing This is worst service I've ever received
