Missing parcel

PAXI is the worst ever!!!! I’d never recommend their services to anyone. On the 28th November 2024 I’ve had 2 of my parcels dropped off at P6728 PEP BELHAR ERICA SQUARE and estimated delivery date was 5th December, I’ve only received ONE of the 2 parcels and the other one I’m being told by Paxi agent on Wednesday that it got collected by a courier that was not supposed to collect it.. my question to her was, how did they got split? Because it’s 2 parcels that were dropped off at the same time..

I’ve sent them an email and no one responded, my hard earned money down the drain with Paxi’s negligence with their couriers that they’re using. It has been brought to my attention that this time of the year the courier drivers are *****ing people’s parcels, I’m getting stories from Paxi agents about my parcel that I’ve paid money for and I’m saddened about this!

I need my parcel!!!!!
